Dee Hadley is one of the UKs leading authorities and experts in facial aesthetics. In 2013, she was made a member of the Allergan Medical Institute (the manufacturers of Botox®) and is at the forefront of the most innovative and forward-thinking practice to emerge within cosmetic medicine. She has been trained and mentored by the some of the world’s most leading and inspirational figures within the aesthetics industry, including the brain child of cosmetic medicine, Brazilian born Plastic Surgeon, Mauricio De Mayo.
Dee initially started life studying social policy. She continued to have a distinguished career within the NHS as a midwife, which spanned over 20 years. She holds a teaching qualification in adult education, a first-class BSc (hons) Degree in Women’s Health and has studied for an MSc in Advanced practice.
Dee became interested in Anti-ageing and cosmetic dermatology over a decade ago and is the clinical director and founder of Beautoxology. She is an independent prescriber that leads a dynamic team that embraces her multifaceted and holistic ethos. Dee is particularly skilled in consultation and patient assessment. She believes that a multi-modality strategy is integral to obtaining optimal facial balance and natural enhancement. Her emphasis for long term preventative aging focuses on meticulous attention to volume replacement, facial lifting and contouring, and skin rejuvenation. Dee has now performed over 30,000 procedures. Her extensive experience and creative eye means that her appointment availability is limited and advanced booking is highly recommended.
Aside from Dee’s clinical work, she is heavily involved in her lecturing role, which takes her across Europe. Dee teaches the art and science of Aesthetic Medicine to Doctors, Nurses and Dentists, from foundation to Advanced Level. Dee has been invited as guest speaker to talk on facial rejuvenation at the Clinical Cosmetic and Reconstructive Expo, 13th Annual Skin Medical Congress and for the British association of Cosmetic Nurses. She also teaches regularly in Harley St. Dee has also been quoted in the national press and featured in Marie Claire talking about the safe administration of dermal fillers.
Angela Mushing holds her professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). She is a member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) and the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group (ACE).
Angela's clinical career commenced in 2004. Her experience is extensive and has ranged from managing her own patient caseload and developing and implementing care plans through to speaking at national conferences on key issues relevant to current clinical practices. Angela is committed to her professional development and holds a masters level qualification in mentorship which allows her to train, support and guide students and provide their final sign off to allow them to practice. She is also a qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber meaning that she can provide holistic care plans to her patients.
Angela's Aesthetic career was borne out of a genuine interest in anti ageing treatments and the pursuit of subtle, natural enhancement. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team having been trained by worldwide experts. Angela has an honest approach to her work and prides herself on working with clients to achieve realistic results. She is particularly focused on clinical excellence and ensuring that clients receive the most appropriate treatment options and highest levels of care.
Kirsten Hartley - Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Kirsten Hartley has over 14 years’ experience and is a Harley St trained Advanced Nurse Practitioner. She is the clinical Director of Beautoxology North East. As an Aesthetic Practitioner, she provides a wide range of innovative non-surgical treatments. Kirsten has trained with some of the UKs most notable leaders in cosmetic medicine and has also completed the Allergan Medical Institute Visionary and Distinction Programmes, which means that she brings unrivalled expertise to the North East, performing the most advanced and up-to-date procedures.
Kirsten strives to understand each individual’s needs and concerns. She is passionate about delivering an appropriate, safe, effective and natural looking treatment, and uses the most scientific and qualitative products. She is renowned for her exceptional interpersonal skills, which ultimately helps her to interpret her client’s motives for self-improvement and turn them into a structured treatment plan. Her patient ethos centres around empowering her clients to be the best possible version of themselves, by increasing their overall vibrancy and beautification, which ultimately increases self-esteem and self-confidence.
Lisa Oakley- Operations Manager
Lisa Oakley is Beautoxology’s operations manager and front of house. She is team orientated and organises and co-ordinates clinics, ensuring that they run seamlessly and our patients receive the warmest and most comforting experience possible. Lisa has over ten years’ service experience and is totally committed to maximising the patient journey. She is responsible for a whole host of duties such as stock management and ordering, clinical administration, resource management and driving organisational excellence. When Lisa is away from work she is a keen runner and gym fanatic, which stands her in good stead for her very demanding and challenging role within Beautoxology. Her highly motivated and radiant energy brings a positive and cheerful vibe to our clinics.
Sarah Whitehouse - Clinic Coordinator
Sarah Whitehouse spent 24 successful years in a career with a large Blue chip organisation. Her role in management and recruitment involved communicating and supporting clients and ensuring service provision and standards were of gold standard.
Sarah had always had a keen interest in beauty and more over aesthetics, following redundancy she was delighted when the patient co-ordinator role became available within Beautoxology.
Sarah is a hardworking and highly motivated individual, that has a wealth of commercial acumen, outstanding administration skills and the ability to build strong relationships and grow customer confidence. She is a creative and innovative thinker with a practical and methodical approach. Her role with in Beautoxology is totally focused around the client experience and journey, and ensuring our services are constantly audited and are evolving. Her core role is driving excellence and safety within our company.
When she is not working in the aesthetic world she is a fun-loving mother of two boys, who likes to socialise with friends and spend time walking, cycling travelling and doing Yoga.
Amanda Healey Business Development Manager
Amanda Healey has had an interesting life having been a public servant and former police officer. Amanda has a national managerial role and over sees the running of our satellite clinics. She is pivotal in improving patient standards through clinical audit and governance policy. Secondary to this role she supports Angela Mushing who is our academy lead. This involves coordinating our teaching programmes and supporting our medical delegates. Amanda has a naturally kind, caring and nurturing nature, something that is most certainly valued by our cherished patients.
Lyn Hawkins has been a member of Beautoxology for nearly 10 years. With over twenty year’s experience in the beauty profession and qualified to NVQ level 3, she has also trained with some of the most prestigious training schools in the UK.
Lyn is regarded as an extremely elite semi-permanent makeup and micro-blading artist. With an avid passion for facial aesthetics this is just one small aspect of the portfolio of advanced beauty treatments she provides. Her holistic philosophy centres around individualised customer care that is both bespoke and unrivalled.
Lyn has a nationwide following and is now a national trainer in these procedures.
Helen Courtney - Transpersonal Coach
Helen is a Transpersonal Coach and author of ‘The Silent Sufferer’. She enables women
to successfully overcome the adverse affects of life challenges, transform negative selftalk
and inhibit self-sabotage behaviours, which prevent happiness and success.
Through her heart-centred guidance, soulful support and holistic healing, Helen connects
women to their innate inner super powers, which enable emotional wounds to be healed,
limiting beliefs to be transformed and encourage whole-hearted self-acceptance. The outer
result of this inner transformation is an abundant, limitless and soulful life!
Helen has over 20 years experience in metaphysical practices and won the ‘Best Healer’
Award with Health and Happiness magazine in 2015, as well as the ‘Most Inspiring Person’
Award in 2016. She also won Best Author in 2016 with Women Inspiring Women and in
2017 won Best Life Coach - Midlands Award with UK Enterprises.
